3-Ingredient Butternut Squash Soup
This is a super simple yet delicious recipe for creamy butternut squash soup. Preparation time is approximately 1 hour, but all but a few minutes is for the butternut squash to roast in the oven. That allows it to caramelize, letting the squash's natural sweetness come forward.

Ingredients:
- 1 butternut squash
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1-2 tbsps Fire Cider to taste (Unsweetened or Reaper for more of a kick)
Directions:
- Cube and roast butternut squash for about an hour, or until it begins to caramelize
- Blend with Coconut Milk
- Add Fire Cider to taste
- Enjoy!
