3-ingredient, 3-step Butternut Squash Soup

This is a super simple yet delicious recipe for creamy butternut squash soup. Preparation time is approximately 1 hour, but all but a few minutes is for the butternut squash to roast in the oven. That allows it to caramelize, letting the squash's natural sweetness come forward.

1 - 1 butternut squash

2 - 1 can coconut milk

3 - 1-2 tbspns Fire Cider to taste (Original or Reaper for more of a kick)



1 - Cube and roast butternut squash for about an hour, or until it begins to caramelize 

2 - Blend with Coconut Milk

3 - Add Fire Cider to taste
