The small but mighty Hany’s Harvest team is based in the town of Catskill, nestled in the Hudson Valley just a few miles from the Catskill Mountains, amidst a thriving craft food and regenerative farming community.

The core of our operations team works with us through the ARC Mid Hudson's employment generation program for neurodivergent adults, who help make each and every bottle with tremendous care and pride.

Hany ElDiwany

Founder/CEO

Hany founded Hany's Harvest in 2017, inspired by a recipe for Fire Cider and a passion for robust wellness and culinary adventure. Before that, he worked as a chemical engineer, taught math & science in underserved schools, and spent years seriously studying and playing Indian Classical music. When he's not busy running the business and creating new recipes, you can find him riding his bike, keeping bees and honing his archery and carpentry skills.

Adina Saperstein

Co-founder/Community Manager

Adina has been working with Hany's Harvest since the close to the beginning in 2017, from (wo)manning markets and social media to financial management and strategic brand development. She has worked on micro- and small enterprise development and entrepreneurship projects in 20 countries as an economic development consultant, and still supports aspiring and early stage social and creative entrepreneurs as an integrative coach, as well as working towards licensure as a psychotherapist. She is also a seasoned yoga teacher, avid gardener and lifelong adventurer. Adina currently oversees social and affiliate marketing partnerships and content and looks forward to connecting!

Dylan Marino

Operations Associate

Dylan lives in Earlton, NY, and is a member of the ARC of Ulster-Greene employment program. He enjoys working with Hany’s Harvest (“It’s awesome”) because he learns how to make cool products, which he does with great care and incredible attention to detail.  He also enjoys taking our product -- his favorite is our Sweet Fire Oxymel. In his free time he enjoys art, mostly drawing.

Antonio Caniano

Antonio lives in Catskill, NY and is a member of the ARC of Ulster-Greene employment program. His favorite part of working with Hany's Harvest is the "family-style atmostphere," and his favorite product is our Elderberry Oxymel. In the warmer months he enjoys fishing and watching sports (especially wrestling!) His endless cheerfulness is a fixture of our facility and you can feel it infused in the product he helps us create!
