RECIPE SPOTLIGHT: Fire Cider Marinade
Ingredients

4 ounces Hany's Harvest Fire Cider of your choice (Unsweetened, Maple Honey, or Caroline Reaper for an extra kick) OR Sweet Fire Oxymel for extra honey-based sweetness

6 ounces organic Extra Virgin Olive oil

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (may leave out if using Maple Honey Fire Cider or Sweet Fire Oxymel)

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

3/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried parsley
Shake or whisk until well mixed. Use for 3-4 lbs protein or vegetable of your choice and grill as usual.
