Strawberry Earth Cider Mocktail

Ingredients:
- 10 small strawberries
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 organic lime
- 4 tbsps elderflower syrup
- 4 tbsps Hany’s Harvest Dandelion Burdock Earth Cider (for a sweeter sip, swap for our Elderberry Oxymel Syrup)!
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions:
- Rinse the strawberries, trim, cut in half and place a strawberry half into each compartment of an ice cube tray. Zest the lime and sprinkle the zest into the ice cube tray compartments. Fill the ice cube tray with water and put it in the freezer to set.
- Cut the lemon and lime into thin slices. To serve, put 1 tablespoon each of elderflower syrup & Hany’s Harvest Earth Cider or Oxymel Syrup into each of 4 tall glasses. Divide the strawberry ice cubes and citrus slices among the glasses. Fill with ice-cold cider and garnish with the remaining strawberries and fresh mint.
