Refreshing Hibiscus Ginger Creamsicle

Cool off with our refreshing Hibiscus Ginger Oxymel Creamsicle, a perfect treat for hot days. This delightful blend combines the tangy flavors of our Hibiscus Ginger Oxymel with creamy Greek yogurt and a hint of vanilla. Customize it with berries and herbal tea for an extra twist!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt (we love Nounós Creamery!)
  • 5 tablespoons / or more to taste of our Hibiscus Ginger Oxymel
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Optional: 2 cups frozen or fresh mixed berries
  • Optional: 3/4 cup iced tea (chamomile, lavender, or rose make delicious pairings!)

 

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  2. Pour mixture into molds (small paper cups work too!)
  3. Freeze for 1-2 hours and add sticks
  4. Let creamsicles freeze completely (a few more hours or overnight)
  5. Enjoy!
