Cool off on these hot summer days with a homemade icy treat that’s tasty AND good for you!
1 1/2 cups non-fat Greek yogurt (optional)
5 tablespoons / or more to taste of our *Elderberry Oxymel*
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups frozen or fresh mixed berries
3/4 cup iced tea (chamomile, lavender, or rose make delicious pairings!)
Combine ingredients in a blender and pour into molds or small cups.
Freeze for 1-2 hours, add sticks and freeze until solid ~ ENJOY!! ✨
