Roasted Root Oxymel Syrup
Dandelion and Chicory Roots have long been used as substitutes for coffee and other caffeinated beverages.
In addition to being far less acidic, these roots are also cooling instead of heating, making them a great choice for all seasons.
As with our fire and earth ciders, Roasted Root may be used straight, in drinks or with food. It also makes a great syrup.
Try a shot in a glass of hot water in place of your morning coffee!
The recommended serving size is one tablespoon as needed.
